Cancellation Policy
Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This extra time allows us to complete any pending paperwork and answer any initial questions before starting your consultation.
Late Arrival Policy: Respecting the time of all our patients is a priority. Therefore:

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we will not be able to conduct your consultation on that day, and you will need to reschedule.

In such cases, the deposit previously paid will not be refunded.
Changes, Cancellations, or Missed Appointments: At EC Clinic, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our patients. We understand the importance of timely appointments, and we aim to accommodate everyone’s needs as best as possible. However, missed or last-minute changes to appointments may prevent other patients from receiving care.
Rescheduling Appointments:
Patients may reschedule their appointment once, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Any subsequent changes will incur a fee of €100.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

A €100 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 5 working days and could take up to 10 days to reflect, depending on your bank.
Missed Appointments: Failure to attend an appointment, arriving late, or missing an appointment without prior notice will result in a €100 fee. Please ensure you arrive on time and unaccompanied.
